Why not get a soil health checkup?

We utilize the latest DNA technology to analyze soil biological activity—a key indicator of soil fertility.

Our Soil Microbial Analysis

環境DNAの分析.png

There are three key indicators for measuring soil fertility: chemical properties (p pH, nitrogen content, phosphorus content, potassium content, etc.), physical properties (drainage, etc.), and biological activity.

Traditional soil diagnostics primarily focused on chemical and physical analyses.

We utilize the latest DNA technology to analyze biological activity.

What your soil microbial

analysis reveals:

吹き出し_右_edited_edited_edited_edited.png
  • It can explain causes of poor growth that chemical and physical analyses alone couldn't clarify.

  • It reveals susceptibility to disease and which crops are prone to disease. This makes it easier to implement countermeasures like revising crop rotations or changing pesticide types.

  • It shows the soil's health balance. The results help reduce fertilizer and pesticide usage.

Disease Risk Level Diagnosis

Compared to national standards.

The darker the red, the higher the disease risk level.

Field A

Field B

Field C

Field D

Analysis: Sunlit Seedlings Ltd.

We diagnose the risk level of disease occurrence in your field compared to the national standard.

We measure the microbial balance in your field compared to the national standard (average of 5,000 locations).

Field A and Field B (brown, skin-colored) have high levels of pathogenic bacteria and low levels of beneficial microbes like endophytes, indicating poor microbial balance.

This may be the cause of poor yields.

The disease occurrence risk for Field A and Field B is high.

You can see the types and ratios of microorganisms present in your field.

Analysis Target

Fungi

  • Includes molds, mushrooms, and yeasts

  • Closely related to plants, having coevolved with them in a symbiotic relationship for 400 million years

  • Numerous fungi aid plant growth

  • 80% of plant pathogens are fungi

Bacteria

  • Deeply involved in soil material cycles

  • Some bacteria aid plant nutrient absorption (e.g., nitrogen fixation)

  • Some pathogenic bacteria also exist

Nematodes

  • Some cause plant diseases (e.g., root-knot nematodes)

  • Some are harmless or beneficial to plant cultivation (e.g., fungus-feeding nematodes, animal-parasitic nematodes)

Analysis target [fungi + bacteria] x 6 samples = 55,000 x 6 = 330,000 yen

Analysis target [fungi + bacteria + nematodes] x 6 samples = 70,000 x 6 = 420,000 yen

〇Example of Analysis purpose

●Want to know the condition of your own field!

⇒We will compare the soil condition of the field you sent us to the national average!
●Want to verify the effectiveness of farming methods or materials (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)!

⇒We'll compare and analyze areas where methods/materials were applied versus those where they weren't, clearly showing the difference as “the effect of the farming method or material.”

〇Delivery time

After receiving your sample, we typically send the result report within 1 to 2 months .
