DNA Analysis
We assess biodiversity by combining GIS (Geographic Information System), field surveys, and DNA analysis.

Our team consists of ecologists, genomics specialists, information scientists, and others working together.
Features of Our Biodiversity Assessment
-
Feature 1: We can scientifically evaluate nature-positive initiatives and biodiversity.
-
Feature 2: Our higher resolution surveys than typical large-scale studies enable high-precision assessments even for small sites like corporate facilities.
-
Feature 3: We not only assess but also propose improvement methods.
Specific methods for assessing biodiversity
●GIS Analysis
We evaluate which organisms can inhabit the target site. This evaluation allows us to narrow down the survey points for the field investigation.

The potential habitats for aquatic organisms and rare plants are analyzed,
based on topographic data, vegetation maps, and aerial photographs.
We analyze ecological networks (connections between green spaces) for urban study areas.

By extracting green spaces from satellite data and linking green spaces within distances accessible to wildlife, we form a network. You can learn about the importance of green spaces within the target area.
●Field Survey
Biodiversity assessment of target site: Analyzing how much wildlife can be attracted to green spaces.

Insect: Chinese Yellow Swallowtail
Plant: Japanese Prickly-ash
